Java Wiki, especially the one using struts etc. should find a lot of interest from people. There is one: Chiki.

Some wiki-centric thoughts put on this log, for example, this one. Evaluates different java wikis. Very Quick Wiki, SimpleWeb, Chiki and JSPWiki. Gives concise list of features with this one.

However, the log entry itself was old (Oct 2002), so we need to recheck on these.
